Laura Cappelli’s professional career began in 1990 as production assistant for several tour agencies. In 2000 she started collaborating with MTV Italy and she quickly established herself as the first producer of content for other nations in the entire European network.

In 2013 she began working as Project Manager for Balich Worldwide Shows where soon became Head of Production for the Company.

In January 2022 she moved to BWS KSA to implement its Organization and Production Dept.
