Valentina has a background in Public Relations, Advertising, and Communication. Driven by passion and commitment, and supported by a high-performing team, she has created unique brand experiences in some of Italy’s most stunning locations. Along the way, she has built lasting relationships with major companies such as Dolce&Gabbana, Maserati, UnipolSai, Ferrari, Bvlgari, Netflix and Lavazza.

In 2016 she co-founded FeelRouge Worldwide Shows with Carolina Dotti. Over the next five years, the two built a uniquely positioned agency through a series of award-winning productions. This work culminated in FeelRouge being named “World’s Best Agency” in 2020.

FeelRouge Worldwide Shows became part of Balich Wonder Studio, and in 2021 Valentina and Carolina joined Marco Balich, Gianmaria Serra and Simone Merico as partners of the Group.

Today Valentina leads the Paris office, where she develops local business. She also leads projects for Balich Bespoke, the Group’s label dedicated to fashion and jewelry.
