Valentina started her career in the early ’00 after graduating in Public relations, Advertising and Communication and she recently completed the Executive MBA at Bocconi University.

Her passion and commitment supported by a high performing team led to the creation of unique brand experiences featuring some of the most stunning Italian locations whilst building relationships with major companies, such as Dolce&Gabbana, Maserati, UnipolSai, Ferrari, Bvlgari, Netflix, Lavazza. 

In 2016, she co-founded Feelrouge Worldwide Shows with Carolina Dotti. In the next five years, they developed a uniquely positioned agency through the realization of awarded productions which culminated in FeelRouge being the  “World Best Agency” winner in 2020.

FeelRouge Worldwide Shows has been one of Balich Wonder Studio companies. In 2021 Valentina Saluzzi and Carolina Dotti joined Marco Balich, Gianmaria Serra and Simone Merico as partners of the Group led by the CEO Stefano Core. Today the agency has turned into the Events and Brand Experiences business unit of Balich Wonder Studio.
